“ What does deafness in the ear matter when the mind hears ? The only deafness, the real deafness, the incurable deafness, it is that of intelligence. ”
Victor Hugo
Our history
Delta Process is a company specialised in commercial architecture and a pioneer expert in the processing of audio and video streams with secure protocols. The company was founded in 1993 by Hervé Allart de Hees. In 2006, some major companies contacted us for their deaf or hard of hearing employees.
Thanks to this partnership, Delta Process could create a solution dedicated to communication in the workplace between hearing and hard of hearing or deaf people. Tadeo began in 2007 and delivered its first Live Speech Transcription (LST) and French Sign Language Video-Interpretation via its remote platforms. The services rely on a technological base (proprietary software) and expertise (e-transcription and video-interpretation), which meet the quality and security required by employers. From this knowhow, the service Acceo was created for companies and public services. It provides phone and on-site accessibility for hard of hearing and deaf people.
Our values
More than just a pragmatic approach, offering full autonomy to its clients, Delta Process strives to be a responsible company internally as well. This is illustrated by the creation of jobs in rural areas which have been given new life thanks to local training in e-transcription. These values have enabled 30 people to learn the skills of the profession and to find work in the Haut-Jura in Bouchoux, a village of 350 inhabitants.
In 2020, we are also very proud to announce that our workplace gender equality index is at 100 points, the maximum possible.
An ever growing company, Delta Process employs over 100 people at 4 different sites :
